BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
Do I need any martial arts experience to start?
None at all. Every student begins with a Private Assessment where Shihan Hayden evaluates your current level and creates a clear starting point. Our programs are designed to develop you from wherever you are.
What is the $50 Private Assessment?
It is a one-on-one evaluation with the head instructor. You will experience the training environment, learn about our curriculum, and receive honest feedback on what program fits best. The $50 fee is credited toward your enrollment if you join within 7 days.
How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?

Can I visit the Dojo before committing?
We welcome visitors during training hours. However, the best way to experience the Dojo is through the Private Assessment, which gives you direct time with the instructor and a real sense of the training. Drop-ins are welcome to observe, but we recommend scheduling ahead.
What ages do you serve?
We offer structured programs for Youth (ages 5-12), Teens (ages 13-17), and Adults (18+). Each program is tailored to the developmental needs and goals of that age group.
Is there parking available?
Yes. We are located in a shopping plaza with ample free parking directly in front of the Dojo entrance.
