Class schedules, program availability, pricing, and instructor assignments are subject to change. Confirmed details will always be communicated directly during the enrollment process.

All new students begin with a $50 Private Assessment. This fee is non-refundable and covers a one-on-one evaluation with an instructor. The assessment fee is credited toward the Warrior Starter Bundle if enrollment occurs within 7 days of the assessment date.

Booking a Private Assessment through this website constitutes agreement to pay the assessment fee. Specific enrollment terms, membership agreements, and cancellation policies are provided separately during the enrollment process and are governed by their own terms.

Martial arts training involves inherent physical risk, including the possibility of injury. By enrolling in any program at Purple Dragon ATL, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

All students and, in the case of minors, their parents or legal guardians are required to sign a liability waiver and informed consent form prior to participating in any training activity. The waiver is provided during the enrollment process.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Participants are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any physical training program.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, page designs, and branding elements, is the property of Purple Dragon ATL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Dragon ATL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in academy programs.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rockdale County, Georgia.
